We all know Father’s Day is coming up. Men want to relax and enjoy their special day probably with their feet up, watching TV, taking a nap or eating some tasty foods right? So why not heat up his taste buds with these delicious Buffalo Sriracha Hot Wings! My husband Mike loves hot wings. He loves the heat and intense flavor as well as the heat. Hot wings are delicious when they are not only spicy but have great flavor.
This homemade buffalo Sriracha sauce will knock your hubby’s socks off and is the perfect snack for him to enjoy on Father’s Day whether it be in the dining room, on the couch or in the man cave.
- a pack of chicken wingettes
- salt and pepper
For the Sauce
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- about a half cup hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
First, heat skillet on medium high heat and add little olive oil. Season your wings in bowl with salt and pepper and add to skillet.
Cook your wings until a beautiful golden brown and juices are running clear.
Next prepare your sauce in microwave or on stove in small pot.
Remove wings from heat but keep the skillet. Add wings to a new bowl and pour sauce over them. Let them sit for a few minutes tossing lightly. Place skillet back on the heat and add wings one at a time so sauce sticks to wing for a few minutes.
When finished plate your wings and drizzle with remaining sauce if you want. Prepare for delicious flavor and perfect heat!
