This easy and simple smoothie recipe requires only 3 ingredients! Just pour it all into your blender for a few seconds and voila – you are done! Smoothies are delicious for breakfast and even dessert as they are a good way to get a good serving of fruit in. Even with the weather being warm and some days hotter than others a nice cold smoothie with some fruit can help cool you down but also help you get your daily serving of fruit in. This blueberry smoothie is absolutely refreshing and delicious.
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
I put the juice first into the blender, then my fruit, and then I put the yogurt on top and blend until mixed well and smooth.
Then pour into your cup or Mason jar like myself and enjoy! I love fresh fruit and blueberries are definitely healthy for you.
