For fruit I had a spread of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. What can I say, I’m a berry girl. I topped with oat and honey crunch granola and also froze vanilla yogurt, softened it a bit and scooped it out like ice cream! It’s hidden under the generous “dollop” of whipped cream. This is a delicious and fun breakfast you and your family can enjoy with a variety of toppings to choose from.
Just head to the produce aisle of your local grocery store and buy your bananas and all the fruit your family enjoys that would taste great on your breakfast banana split! If no one likes granola you can top with your favorite cereal instead.
